National Human Rights Women’s & Child rights Protection Commission is dedicated to protecting the human rights of people around the India. We stand with victims and activists to prevent discrimination, to uphold political freedom, to protect people from inhumane conduct in wartime, and to bring offenders to justice. We investigate and expose human rights violations and hold abusers accountable. We challenge governments and those who hold power to end abusive practices and respect human rights law. We enlist the public and the community to support the cause of human rights for all, Inquiring into complaints is one of the major activities of the Commission. In several instances individual complaints have led the Commission to the generic issues involved in violation of rights, and enabled it to move the concerned authorities for systemic improvements.

NATIONAL CHAIRMAN MESSAGE
Fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution of India, can be enforced in a court of law and equal to all citizens irrespective of language or ideological differences or place or religion, the fundamental rights read with fundamental duties, also part of constitution of India, shall be implemented throughout the country without discrimination, human beings are born equal in dignity and rights, reducing crime in society.

We strongly believe that every human being especially the women and children have their rights achieved too. We aim at making a world where everyone’s rights are being recognized, respected and enforced. NHRWCRPC strives to create a just and equitable society where there will be “no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, gender or religion. We also aim at building a platform and work on a wide range of issues including-women’s rights, child rights, access to justice human.
Our Mission
To contribute towards our Mission for the Society, we aim at three basic pillars-Improving the health of children through innovative research, collaborative discovery and community engagement; We ensure that women are empowered to claim their rights as decision makers; and To raise awareness, implementation and accountability of human rights provisions throughout the world, especially where they are currently absent, ignored or being abused.
